Passed away peacefully on Wednesday November 18th 2015, aged 65.
Dearly loved Father of Kate and David and adored Poppy of Charlie and Buddy.
Beloved partner of Annette.
Much loved brother of Kevin and Andy (dec).
Loved and admired by his many family and friends and work colleagues.
Sincere thanks to each and every one of the Junee District Hospital staff for their warmth
and their care of Dick during his time with them.
We will always be grateful for everything you did for him.
To Dick’s colleagues in the NSW Ambulance Service – thank you for all the support you showed to Dick and to us.

Friends and relatives of Dick are respectfully informed that his service will be held on Friday November 27th
at the Wagga Wagga Crematorium Chapel, commencing at 11.30 am.
