Daryl and I would like to express our thanks for the excellent funeral service that you and your staff conducted. We were very pleased with all aspects of it and hope we did not trouble you too much. Our father was the last of the third generation of Harts in the district. Within the Hart ‘clan’ he represented the passing of an era and, because of this, we thought it best to see him off in a manner that befitted the times he grew up in.
On a personal note, I’m sorry that the suddenness of my father’s death and the numerous and varied activities that followed left me a little insensitive to your feeling towards him. Your comment at the cemetery, as my wife and I were leaving, that you had ‘…just lost a friend’ was most appreciated. I suppose that many people, particularly under the circumstances, see the role of the Undertaker as removed and impersonal. (Indeed, in many cases I’m sure he is that way). But in your case I am grateful that you reminded me of a simple truth: that within the Undertaker beats a heart like any other.
Once again, thank you.
I would like to thank you for the way you conducted our mothers funeral. It was very professional and also personal. You have a very kind disposition and you helped us all through a tough time.
On behalf of Rick, and Bev, I would like to thank you again.

Just a short note to say thank you for all you did for us, it was real appreciated. Without your support and just being there for us I so not know how we would have got through everything. Once again thank you very much you do not know how much it meant to us.
